Merchandise is accepted for exchange or refund if purchased at full price and if returned in unwashed/unworn condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the the packing slip and detailed note. Please see below for details and specific exchange instructions prior to mailing it back.

When returning your item(s), we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed, and only merchandise that is unwashed/unworn can be refunded.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 We do not refund shipping charges. Personalized items and sale items (not including promotional code sales) cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Making an Exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You must pay to send the item back to us, however, we will ship your new desired item back to you for free.

Specify the exchange item and the new color / size and style on the exchange email to thegypsycoastcompany@gmail.com. We will let you know if we have your desired size in stock within 24 hours. If so, simply include a note inside your package specifying your name, order number, and the desired item and send it back to us. Once we receive it we will mail your new item within 3-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail shipping notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
