Rush processing is available to ALL orders either on it's own or with a shipping upgrade which can be selected from the shipping menu during checkout. This service is to make your items sooner than the original processing time stated in store.

Rush processed orders due to my current work are currently 1-2 business days before shipping (possibly longer for 2+ items)

Please note that it is recommended to use rush processing if my order queue is too long and you need you items made sooner. This service does not speed up delivery.

During peak periods and holiday seasons the processing schedule may be longer than estimated due to increased quantities of orders and message volume. I always work as swiftly as I can to try and get everyone's orders out asap.

Please be aware that if an order hasn't been marked as shipped and a shipment notification hasn't been received, your order is NOT ready to ship just yet. I cannot offer status updates due to an increased workload during these periods where completing orders takes a priority.

Messages are usually answered in a couple of hours, however during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours to reach and answer messages.
