Description

She was a woman who has brought inspiration to many other women, myself included as a disabled artist to. Thus the title of this watercolor painting "The Softer Side Of My Pain", out of the pain we endure can come beauty as in this picture. Frida is on a softer blue green background with her crown of flowers in her jet black hair. Her face is warm and gentle here as she is surrounded in the wash of cool colors.
Then her black top if tipped off with another swag of flowers as her necklace. The flowers were highlighted with ink to make them stand out from her top. Flowers are a favorite of mine too, I feel such a connection to this woman at times.

THIS IS THE ACTUAL PAINTING AND NOT A PRINT.
My painting is 30" tall x 22" wide and is done on a piece of 100% cotton fiber or rag paper. The paper is actually infused with cotton fabric for strength and absorbency of colors.
It's an archival quality and a heavy weight acid free watercolor paper that will hold the color for many years to come.
I only use high quality paints which create the richness of lasting color.
Just frame it and keep it out of direct sunlight and you can enjoy it for many years to come. It will come "unframed"and will be mailed in a flat protective framed package.

ANY REASONABLE OFFER ACCEPTED FOR THIS PAINTING, JUST CONVO ME.

I Accept MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ,ETSY GIFT CARDS , POSTAL MONEY ORDERS AND PAYPAL NOW AS PAYMENT.
