I picked these up at a local church fundraiser recently where everyone contributed to a garage-style sale. I thought they were so pretty thinking how perfect they would be for the fall & winter holidays coming up. I especially love the big watermelon tourmaline focal stones as they are very unique and nothing like I've seen before. Looking through some of my ID books I found their variation on page 129 of Marcia "Sparkles" Brown's book "Unsigned Beauties of Costume Jewelry." She didn't identify them at D&E, but I've now come to learn from identical confirmed pieces that they are Juliana. In fact I have my eye on the matching brooch and hope the seller and I can work a deal. Stay tuned...

These earrings are in excellent, almost-new condition. The rhinestones are molded red and green navettes, goldenflower rounds, and 3-dimensional deeply-colored watermelon tourmaline rounds. They also have stamped gold petals that have a black wash.

Each measures 1 1/4” long and 1 1/8” wide. The metal is good quality goldtone with the clips strong and secure. The stones are pronged pointed backs (a very good thing), not just glued. Each earring has two 6mm golden round stones, one 7mm x 15mm molded red leaf stone, one 7mm x 15mm emerald green stone, and a beautiful unique 11mm round faceted watermelon tourmaline stone. When I say “stone” I mean that they are really glass rhinestones.

Thanks for looking.
