Description

•Barbara and Adam Foil Print Set
•White Cardstock with Black Foil Print
•Each Print is sized to fit into 3.5" x 5.5" opening in the included 5"x7" Black Photo Mat
•Foil is hand applied which means each individual print will have some variations and small imperfections which is normal in the foil printing process
•Prints come with 5"x7" Photo Mats, backing boards and are packaged in Clear Sleeves for Protection

Returns
All Custom Apparel and Stationery products are "final sale" and can not be returned. . I strive to give you the best product possible, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me via Etsy conversations and we will find a solution.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@carbendesignstudio.com and send your item to: 1011 Timberlake Drive Trenton US 08618.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost, stolen or misplaced products are not refundable.

All items are shipped from Ewing NJ via USPS.

Depending on the size of the product, it will be sent First Class or with 2 Day Priority Shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for ready made orders to be packaged and shipped.
Custom orders will take longer due to the design process. Once designs are finalized please allow 1-2 weeks for products to be processed, packaged and shipped.

All shipments will be sent to the address linked to your Etsy purchase, if you would like to ship your purchase to another location please convo CDS ahead of time.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an item has been marked "shipped" and has been dropped off at the post office, Carben Design Studio is no longer responsible for that package. If you feel your package has been lost please contact your local post office to inquire about your shipment. Purchases will not be refunded due to USPS losing packages. Packages that are "missing" after they are marked "delivered" by USPS are not covered by insurance. For more information on this subject, please contact your local post office. In addition, any packages that are "missing" after they are marked "delivered" by USPS are not refundable by Carben Design Studio

If you wish to have "signature upon delivery" added to your purchase, please send a convo ahead of time, as there is a $2.50 charge for this service.
