Description

A Yad (Hebrew for hand) is a pointer specifically designed for the purpose of reading from the Torah scroll. This one-of-a-kind Yad was individually hand-crafted from clear and/or colored borosilicate glass. It has been kiln-annealed for added strength a durability.

Returns & exchanges

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you have purchased a fragile item and it arrives damaged, simply ship it back and we will repair it for free. Please let us know within 2 days from delivery if you are not satisfied and would like a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your item arrives damaged. We always strive to please our customers, but please keep in mind that we are human artists, using our hands, so slight imperfections are part of the process. With that said, if for some reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us right away!

Shipping policies

Branching Out Studios primarily ships USPS.

If you have a request for another carrier please contact us. If possible, arrangements will be made. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping and handling.

Some artwork, such as large paintings or sculpture work, may require special handling and may be shipped via FedEx or UPS. In those cases, the customer will be contacted with additional information and shipping costs.

Additional policies

When requesting a custom order (non-ready-to-ship items) please be aware that the date you choose on the request form for when you want the item is only a request and does not necessarily mean we will be able to fulfill your order by that date. Of course we will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-5 weeks plus shipping time for your order to arrive. Please check the "Announcements" on the top of the shop page for current shipping info and timing.
