I received the file both on my personal email and via Etsy file downloads it was nothing like the picture. The fonts were not the same nor was the formatting. I contacted seller to see if he could help as I needed it for a funeral for my niece in the next 2 days and wanted to get the announcement out. I simply asked him to just insert the picture and add her name and birth and death dates and I would try and figure out the rest. I was told it was 4:43am his time and he needed to sleep. He sent me another instruction file that also did not open. Do not buy for him. Being the sudden devastating loss of my 5 year old niece I would just expect more compassion from someone in the business of providing funeral announcements.

I'm very disappointing. He told me he is not received the Template. so i send the Template in your email, then he told me, not insert the picture in this template. So then i create the video tutorial for you. How to insert the picture and add own text.This is Digital template not custom design template. He guys not known basic knowledge about Microsoft Word. So how does customize this template. disappointing !!

This was the first instant download I had an issue with. :/ Bummer because the design is super cute. Couldn't print off two on one page, no cut marks designated. Fonts went all wonky.
