Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

All items will ship fairly quickly, however if you contact us within a few hours after placing your order and are needing to cancel your order-we are happy to do that!

If your product was damaged in transit to you. please contact our shop within 7 days so we may remedy the situation best. After 7 days we cannot guarantee a replacement or return.

Please keep in mind that your monitor color may not match the exact colors of your tangible product. I do my best to post photos of the most accurate colors you will receive, however please keep in mind there may be a variance in what you see in the photos to the actual product.

NON CUSTOM ORDERS:
--1-5 business days, subject to change (NOTE: PLEASE convo us if you need more accuracy and we will do our best to estimate

SHIPPING METHOD:
--USPS first class or priority mail
-- Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number
-- Once in transit your order should arrive in 3-5 business days weather and conditions permiting

INSURANCE COVERAGE:
--Not included in your shipping charge
--It is always a good idea to protect your item with insurance within the USPS system, if you would like to add this to your order- convo us so we can add it in before your checkout
--If for some reason your package is lost in transit or damaged when received and you have decided to decline insurance coverage, The First Snow is not responsible once your order has left our facility

Answer: I do not sell or provide any files of my work. There are no exceptions.
