National (Dutch) shipping
I will ship your order in 1-3 working days after the payment is received
National orders will be send with Post.nl in an envelope, mailbox- or standard parcel with track&trace code depending on size and weight of the item
I recycle packaging materials as much as possible to safe the trees and keep shipping costs low
The order normally will be delivered next working day
If you need another / additional shipping option ( insured, express delivery or payed for at delivery ) please contact me before ordering and I can reserve the item until I know all details concerning the shipping
Packages returned due to incorrect or wrong adress will only be reshipped at costs of the purchaser
I am not responsible for undelivered or damaged packages when not insured and therefore will not refund or replace them

International shipping
Small items can be shipped economically in an envelope or in a registered mailbox parcel with a Track&Trace code
These shipping options are the most economic but with overseas/intercontinental shipments I strongly recommend to upgrade with a track & trace code and insurance depending on value
Bigger items can be shipped in parcels only
I provide an affordable insurance upgrade up to €500 that will refund when lost or damaged

Please let me know if you wish a shipping option that is not provided before ordering and I will arrange it if possible (express or payed for at delivery for example)
I am willing to reserve the item untill I can give you a decisive answer about your wishes
Shipping will take some days up to several weeks depending on destination
