We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless there is a fault or mistake that was our error, so please make sure you check and double check your spelling and any other wording given.

If you have purchased an unpersonalised item that once you receive you have changed your mind about, I am more than happy to refund you on return of the item in an unused and re-sellable condition ( please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs)

All artwork and cards are made to order just for you and as such times can vary depending on design and current numbers of orders in front of yours. Please look at each individual listing for current shipping times.

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery. Please check individual products for costs. We do offer an upgrade to 1st class Recorded Delivery and this can be done on checkout.

All international orders will be sent Standard International Airmail. Please check individual products for costs.

We do offer a tracking upgrade for all International deliveries and this you can do when you check out.
