If the mistake is yours (the information provided to us was incorrect), we will correct the design for you at a reduced cost to cover materials, shipping, and design time.

We accept address changes within 1 business day of purchase if no proof is requested, or up to when you approve the design for printing if you requested a proof. Address change requests will be handled as best we can. If we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address, we will let you know this.

***Please note that we manually update addresses on an affiliate website, and new addresses do not automatically update on Etsy. Therefore, if a customer chooses to upgrade their address after purchase, the original address will still appear on the shipping receipt.

If this is our mistake (see FAQ, above), we will reship your order if it is returned to us or make and ship a new item to you at no cost. If we did not receive your address change in a timely manner per the FAQ above, we can reship the item to you for the cost of shipping or we can remake and ship a new design to you at a reduced rate to cover materials and shipping.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time following the expected delivery date for your order, we will consider the order "lost" and replace it at no cost to you. If your item's tracking information says “delivered,” and you did not receive the package, please wait 2-3 business days as sometimes orders show up after they are considered “delivered” by the shipping carrier. If you do not ultimately receive your package labeled “delivered,” please let us know and we will replace it for you.

I wish we could, but we cannot due to the small nature of our business. We spend all of our time creating designs, fulfilling orders, and replying to customer messages.

Not at this time. We are a small business and give priority to our current customers to ensure they have a great experience shopping with us.

One of two things has happened: 1) We have received a large number of messages and are working through them as quickly as we can, although sometimes it takes 1-2 days for us to answer messages during busy shopping seasons, or 2) We did not receive your message. If you haven't gotten a reply from us within 1-2 business days, please send us another message and we will answer it as quickly as we can. We would rather receive multiple messages from a customer who needs help versus not receiving one message at all.

It is quicker for us to utilize Etsy's Message System. That's why we initially send proofs and follow up with customers via Etsy Message. However, we do sometimes communicate through email if we are having trouble getting a customer's response through Etsy Message.

No. The "floater" frames we used in our Framed Canvas designs do not include glass. This is intentional to allow the texture and unique medium of the wrapped canvas to be prominent in the framed design. If you are looking for a framed design with glass, I suggest browsing our paper frame options.
