This listing is for the pattern and instructions to stitch and create the pincushion seen in the first picture. The inspiration for the design of this pincushion was the 2011 quilt exhibit in New York City of 651 red and white quilts collected by one woman over the course of some decades. I was lucky enough to see that exhibit and the experience truly touched me as a needleworker and an artist.

Included in this pattern is the full story of the evolution of this design. Pattern is black and white and uses full cross stitches and partial (half or three-quarter) stitches as well. Please see the last picture for details on size.
