• In Good vintage condition. Gold Design on tray bottom has scratches from normal use but its beauty remains intact.

This gold accented decorative tray was originally a serving dish but can be re-purposed now for a plethora of uses and will match almost any decor.

Returns & exchanges

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with anything made by us. If you are dissatisfied with your pendant(color, size) or it was damaged during shipping please let us know with in the first 48 hours of receiving your pendant. We can not make any guarantees of a refund or replacement more than 48 hours after you receive your pendant. If the pendant is broken more than 48 hours after receiving it, we can only assume it wasn't treated properly. We carefully inspect our pendants before shipping them out, a rough shipping could be the only cause of a lapse in quality of our pendants.

Our items are fragile! We can proudly say that we make quality glass pendants, however, glass by nature can not be made indestructible. When borosilicate glass does break though, it does so extremely clean making a quick super glue job an extremely viable repair option. If you do so happen to break your pendant and wish to send it back to us for repair we will be happy to do so free of charge if you pay shipping both ways.

Shipping policies

Gyro Glass ships everything via USPS First Class Mail with tracking(Tracking numbers are only available with in the United States). First Class mail takes 1-3 days to arrive in the United States.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
A contact phone number is required for all international orders, please provide this in the seller comments. Tracking is not available on international orders. Times of arrival vary by country but packages are delivered to most destinations with in two weeks but may take up to six weeks. Upgrading to priority shipping will decrease this time to 10 days maximum,

All items, are also placed inside a there own box with padding, that can also be used to keep your piece in later.

If your item is ever damaged during shipping let us know immediately! Send us a picture of the box it came it and send us your pendant back and we can work out arrangements for a replacement or refund for you. As soon as we receive the pendant we will issue a full refund including shipping. We will worry about dealing with the shipping insurance ourselves after we receiving the pendant.

Additional policies

Please understand that photographing borosilicate glass is very similar to photographing prism; in that it can refract light in multiple directions. For this reason, the same piece can appear completely different depending on the light and angle of the photo. All of our photo's are of the actual piece you receive (no stock photo's here!) and we do our best to convey a very true image of every piece but the colors are always dependent upon the pieces lighting.
