Custom and personalized orders

To make a custom order, please send me a conversation with: - picture or drawing of garment you'd like to have - size needed - desired color and type of yarn

If you make a custom order I have to know your approximate size to make a calculation of yarn to knit a garment for you. But when you make an order I'll ask you to provide me with some additional measurements according to our instruction to make sure your garment will fit you perfectly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All products that are marked as gifts are wrapped in craft paper bag with the branding of our shop.

Most of our crafts should be washed by hand in mild detergent, water should be no warmer than 30 (ºC), flat dry. But the differences are possible depending on the chosen type of yarn.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your parcel, we submit tracking number to Etsy. After that, Etsy sends to you email notification with tack number included. Having a track number you can track the parcel using any service for International Postal tracking. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: Sometimes there are some shipping delays connected with the specificity of work of different postal services in each country. It doesn't depend on seller, so while waiting for your parcel, please give it some time and be patient. To get your order faster, you may always request for fast shipping via FedEx, just contact us via conversations.

Shipping:
We use Standart Air Shipping to all countries.
Tracking number will be provided at the moment we ship.
Shipping will take about 11-21 business day in most cases but could take longer due to customs clearance in your country.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes etc imposed by your country.
Express shipping is also possible at extra cost, please contact us.

Packing:
All packing costs included. Current item will be packed in a wrapper.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your garment, please contact us before leaving negative feedback to find a resolution.
Made-to-order items are custom knitted garments made according to the individual measurements. Therefore, returns are not possible.
We encourage you to discuss all measurements, order details, and garment specifications before ordering to ensure the best fit to your expectations.
