Description

Choice of three handmade pendants in sterling silver and three colors of Guatemalan jadeite. The spotted one is called jaguar jadeite, the dark one mint green jadeite, and the lighter one apple green jadeite. The bails are decorated with circles and a cross and are fixed to the pendant with a hinge, giving movement to the jewel. It is a Caracol De Ambar original design. (chain not included)

CANCELLATIONS:
Please notify us immediately via convo if you need to cancel an order. If we have not shipped the order, we will cancel it and refund you the total, less our 3.5% handling fee. If the order has been shipped, then it may be returned via the Returns process once you have received it.

RETURN PROCESS:
We will accept returns within 5 days of delivery with written confirmation from us for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including any shipping costs). The item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. We require returns to be shipped via a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method used. Please note that you need to obtain written confirmation from us via convo for any returns/exchanges.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Most international packages will arrive between 15-20 business days. In our experience items always arrive, but sometimes could take 5 to 10 more business days. Sepomex is the economical way of shipping, it works, but it is slow. For domestic (Mexico) delivery it usually takes 8 to 10 business days.

If you feel you would like to have your item delivered faster, without spending too much, we recommend Mexpost, (Mexico registered priority mail) a faster yet economical enough service. It also includes a tracking #, for Mexico check on www.correosdemexico.gob.mx and within the USA on USPS website after more or less 5 business days. Or in any other country´s post service website.
