Returns and exchange details

All of our items are well described and photographed. We will be happy to refund your order if it does not match your quoted description which you would have received upon ordering, e.g. quantity, size, construction material, colour.

Providing that the order is returned to us undamaged we will refund the PURCHASE PRICE (less shipping fees) as soon as we receive the item(s). Please note that bamboo is a unique, natural material and all our products are handmade, therefore items you receive may have small variations.

All of our items will be shipped as registered priority mail (unless otherwise requested), so you can track it here: http://www.track-trace.com and we provide a shipping discount for multiple purchases.

All of our handcrafted items will be VERY carefully packed for shipping, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any potential damage caused by the postal service. It will always remain the client’s prerogative to ask for insurance related to the shipping of your handcrafted item! We will be able to provide the insurance information rates prior to the client finalising their order.

We cannot be responsible for domestic custom fees that may apply.

*Please keep in mind that packages returned to us because of incorrect address or unclaimed, will be resend to you but you will be charged for the second shipping.
