Our processing time varies from item to item in our shop, so please check out each item's "shipping & returns" section located on the right hand side of each listing. I searched for MONTHS for the perfect gift for my sister and her hard to shop for husband and when i finally find it I was on a time crunch. This shop saved the day. I paid for rush shipping and got it right on time. And it was worth it. Absolutely. I loved it, they loved it. It was so beautiful and I love that you can slide the glass out if you ever want to take the corks out. The glass isn't thin or flimsy at all. The only reason I didn't go for a bigger one is because they are currently wanting for space (tiny apartment). But I'm absolutely coming back and upgrading their cork keeper once they have their first home next year. Thank you so much!

The product turned out great and I’m very happy with the customer service! The initial wine cork holder had the wrong date printed on, and customer service got back to me within the same day and gave me the options for replacement. It was all handled quickly and the finished product was exactly as ordered!
