I ordered on the 12th, and received my scoby on the 16th, so shipping was really good. My scoby arrived in perfect condition, and it looks like it already has a daughter forming! It was also much larger than I expected! The owner Carmela has been incredibly helpful and supportive. If you purchase something from her, you can rest assured that she'll help answer any questions you have. This is a great deal, don't pass it up!

Written directions are vague and unclear.....will NOT buy here again...I had potential mold and she seems to not be concerned.....will go elsewhere!
