These embroidery patterns are available for instant download upon purchase.

This set of three hand embroidery patterns features my favorite holiday birds. Perfect for DIY holiday projects like ornaments, stockings, table linens or quilt squares, this trio of birds is presented in two different sizes. The smaller of the two sizes will fit in a three inch embroidery hoop and the larger size fits in a four inch hoop. These sizes make them ideal for hand embroidered Christmas ornaments.

Included in this set are embroidery designs for a partridge, a cardinal and a dove. The partridge perches on a golden pear surrounded by the branches of his pear tree. The cardinal stands proud against a subtle woodgrain backdrop. The dove, of course is not content to sit still and gracefully takes flight.

These embroidered examples were stitched on a natural linen fabric and I have also included a color and stich guide in this pattern set. Feel free to ignore that though and come up with your own unique combination of fabric and floss - there are so many ways to make these embroidery patterns unique!

This listing is for a .PDF file of these patterns. Nothing will physically be sent to you. Your embroidery patterns will be available for download upon purchase. Read more about this feature here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949

Also included in this file is a complete guide to transferring patterns to fabric but if you have questions about the process of downloading and transferring your embroidery pattern to fabric, just let me know - I'm more than happy to help.

You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open this file. If you do not already have this software, it can be downloaded for free on the Adobe.com website.
