Very well done. Fit my quote perfectly, complete with GoT writing. Only concern is the lightness of the imprints - could have been darkened in more. Otherwise, fantastic. I'm sure it'll be loved by the recipient

When I went to purchase the cutting board with game controller and wine glass as customization, the “o”s in picture changed to a cupcake and wineglass. I sent a personalization to make the “o”s as a game controller and wine glass and received a cutting board with no customizations - it was plain and boring. Nothing unique about it. I reached out to the seller and Maria flipped the blame on me stating that how I communicated was poor and that I was being manipulative in requesting a replacement or refund as their shop site states to contact them within 3 days for returns or exchanges. If a seller has any questions about customizations, the seller should message a customer to clarify any miscommunication. Due to this very poor experience I will no longer shop at Etsy and am reporting this shop.

Item arrived late even though the shop was advertising guaranteed shipping by a certain date if you ordered within time. Etsy gave me a reminder that my order should be shipped already and if not to contact shop. I end up having to contact them to remind them to ship it. Quality was good but in terms of quality, dimensions, price, and shipping altogether there are other options on Etsy where the boards are a lot bigger. Make sure to pay attention to the dimensions!

Ordered Nov. 19 and received Dec. 3. If I didn't have to get this shipped right away to OH for Christmas, I would be looking for a different item for my family back home. Disappointed with how long it took to get this. Smaller than expected and I obviously clicked "as viewed" when looking at a vertical picture. Quality is fine, but its not a gift that stands on its own.
