This coin charm is made from a Canadian 1967 silver 10-cent coin depicting a mackerel, a type of fish.

The coin itself is designed by Alex Colville, a well regarded Canadian artist, and is part of a series commemorating the centennial of Canadian confederation in 1967.

The coin is coin silver (either .500 or .800) and the split ring is sterling silver (.925)

NOTE: Stock photo used for this listing. All 1967 Canadian coin charms that I make are made using mint or near mint condition original coins, and they are generaly almost always the same, usually with light marks as they were shipped in bags.
