The engraving looks nice! But it didnt have my gift message that I asked for...which was really important to me as it was an 11th wedding anniversary gift. Steel is for year 11 and I asked for the message "a foundation of steel". But other than that it looks really nice.

It's beautiful I ordered it with the brass latch and got worried at the last minute that the hardware might be too gaudy but the proportions are perfect and the size of the box really nice. I like that it's large enough for keepsakes/love letters but not so big it takes up tons of space on a bureau. This is for my boyfriend who has made me so happy. A valentines day present so I can give him notes he can keep inside over time. I had the year engraved on the back because I have a good feeling this guy's a keeper.

We accept direct checkout, and PayPal (typically via Direct Checkout). In general, most of our items are personalized, and therefore considered custom and non-refundable. There are of course exceptions to this, which we will try to address below.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

While we double-check all personalization and work toward perfection, there is the rare occasion that things go awry. If there is a mistake on your personalized item (spelling error on our part, etc) that is due to our error, it will be replaced immediately in the swiftest manner possible, with shipping included at our expense.

If there was an error on your part that was not discovered until the item was delivered, we cannot be held liable. In most cases we will work with you WHERE POSSIBLE to replace the item at a reduced rate, shipping charges in this case are not at our expense.

ITEM BREAKAGE

We work very hard to be sure your items arrive safe and sound. This includes packaging carefully, and providing insurance for packages when the value is significantly over that provided by USPS Priority Mail.

If an item arrives broken, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED within 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Photos of the damage are required to file an insurance claim. We will file a claim for damage on your behalf, and work to provide a replacement right away. The insurance claim will usually require you to sign an online affidavit verifying that that the item(s) arrived damaged, or did not arrive at all, as the case may be.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We are not able to provide estimates as to when an item will arrive at your door. Estimates can easily be looked up for your zip code via USPS.com, shipping from zip code 03811. If you are ordering a very small item, it will ship First Class Mail, everything else ships via Priority Mail.
