If you made an error and the ring size is not correct- resizing is 30$-50$ depends on complicity (+ shipping cost). Please make sure placing your order your size is correct and up to date. Wider than 5mm ring need extra attention. Make sure your sizing suits the width desired.

Sorry... it is something I can not do in this platform.... Please check with your local postal authorities for estimates of any additional costs you may have when importing from abroad. These taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer also if duties were applied when an item is returned to the seller for a refund.
I do my best to easy and to speed up the custom process for European customers. The invoice will be outside the package and etc. If you wish otherwise please mention and I could no longer be responsible for any delay caused by your custom service.

"made to order" (like rings made to your size) items - will be refunded less a re-stocking fee of 30% of the item price. Personalized orders are non refundable.

In case that you need a change in your order after receiving it, when the change is caused by mistake from the buyer side- all shipping charges that may apply due to international shipping and laws will apply on the sender (the buyer). To avoid extra charges please do not ship it back via express shipping as DHL or UPS but through regular shipping. Writing "return to shop" may also help avoiding charges but I cannot guarantee shipping charges.
This will not apply when the reason for the resizing/returns/exchange was caused by FOLIIESJEWELS mistake.

US costumers and UK costumers are welcome to ship the rings for resizing to excellent co-jewelers I work with. It will be safer and much faster.

Refund for lost and stolen parcels will be issued after 40 days and competing the following steps:

Since each ring is made to your exact desired size, and the small nature of my business, I cannot accept return or exchange of made to order rings. In exceptional circumstances I will accept returns with re-stacking fee of 30% payed price.

Almost all of our packaging can be recycled. We mostly use the smallest cardboard boxes that can fit your order, and shredded paper filler.
Please dispose the used package in the proper recycling bin (Paper/Cardboard).
