All my designs are custom with the details you send me after you make your purchase. I will send you 2 proofs and then the final files. All proofs are sent 24 hours (48 hours for year in review holiday cards and larger projects) after purchase. If I do not hear back from you with changes after 1 week I will assume the file is good and I will close out your order. After 1 week, I will not make changes to your file unless you respond and ask for more time for changes ahead of time.

Also, if you place an order but do not send details or respond to my emails or etsy conversations after a week I will cancel your order. This helps me stay efficient and able to provide the best possible service to all my customers!

If you would like me to print your design for you I will send you a quote before you purchase. I will send you 2 digital proofs and then the final digital file before I send to the printer.
