Can I get a custom order? Yes, some products can be customized. Just send me a message and I will do my best to give you what you want.

Do you offer gift wrapping services? At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping.

Lost packages after shipment cannot be refunded or replaced. Once the package is turned over to UPS or USPS, it is between the buyer and the shipping carrier. You will be given a tracking number so you can use this when communicating with them.

I ship most products in 1-2 business days. Some products ship in 1-3 business days. If an order is placed on Thursday, 1-2 business days will be Friday or Monday, depending on the number of orders going out. If an order is placed on Friday, 1-2 business days will be Monday or Tuesday, also depending on the number of orders to fulfill. When an order is placed and then fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please understand that orders go out the door as quickly as possible and on their way to you.

Custom orders are usually shipped in 3-5 business days but some are shipped in 1-2 weeks.

Sometimes things happen by a human mistake or even things beyond our control. But it is of utmost importance to us to keep you satisfied. So please, before getting upset or posting low feedback, contact us and give us a chance. We WILL make things right.

Please DO NOT leave a "need by" message in your notes at checkout, as we sometimes don't see these until right before your guaranteed shipping time and this will not guarantee you will receive your order in time. The only way to make sure you get your package in your time frame is to message us BEFORE you order as stated above.

We are happy to announce that we offer free, standard shipping on all USA orders over $35. We also have many products that ship free without the minimum.
