Our coffees are unique with many flavors and roasting methods, some being fair trade, while others may be espresso or decaf, and these tastes vary with each flavor which may be delicious to some and may not be tasty to others. We make every effort to give you the best coffee experience ever by providing fresh roasted, quality coffee. Because our coffee is roasted to order and flavored as per the description of each roast, we are unable to offer refunds if the product does not meet your personal expectations or you do not like the taste. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will gladly replace the cost of the coffee. We will refund shipping charges also in such a case.
To repeat, coffee is a perishable item. We roast and flavor as per each coffee's description. Therefore the unique blend has been selected by you. With this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your coffee is lost or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the coffee, including the shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding. Keep in mind, we do offer 2oz samples of many of our coffees at very reduced prices. It's like trying on a pair of shoes to make sure they fit! lol

Shipping policies

Free the Green Bean Coffees are sold domestically only, due to the many international restrictions pertaining to the sale of coffee beans in small batch roasts. We ship in the United States only. Please allow for a week or so after ordering. Our coffees are roasted upon the sale to guarantee you are getting fresh and quality whole bean coffee. Believe me, it's worth the wait!

FAQs

When storing your coffee, force the air out of the bag, and fold the top down. Tightly fold in the tin ties, or put the beans in your favorite coffee jar. and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Never store in a fridge or freezer.
Free the Green Bean sells WHOLE BEAN COFFEE ONLY in 12oz and 5lb vented bags. To keep your coffee fresh for longer periods of time, grind only the amount of coffee you are going to use. I do however, offer fine, medium, or coarse grinding on our 2oz samplers as they may not require storage. Should you need me to grind a 12oz bag of coffee beans, please let me know through notes or a convo, and I will be happy to do so. Of course, there is NO charge for this.
