Affiche sur LA position d'allaitement couché pour survivre aux "nuits" (avec quelques notions de co-dodo sécuritaire).

Cette position a complètement changé et sauvé mes nuits, en tant que nouvelle maman et débutante en allaitement. Elle prends un peu de pratique avant d'y arriver, mais une fois que bébé et maman sont habitués, elle sauve la vie !
Je suis marraine d'allaitement et à force de conseiller cette position à mes nouvelles mamans sans trouver de support visuel adéquat pour leur expliquer, j'ai mis la main à la pâte et je l'ai dessiné ;)
Position testée avec 2 bébés chez nous et par plusieurs autres mamans partout à travers le monde !

MORE INFORMATION ON THE TOOL AND ITS CREATOR
I am an illustrator and mom of two; they are two and a half and four years old. We live in Quebec (Canada).
I developed this tool after taking childbirth classes with a great doula. I wrote notes for my childbirth and I made some drawings. During my second pregnancy, I got into the hospital two weeks beforehand, so I had a looooooot of free time to get ready and (re)read about physiological birth.
I wrote new notes to remember the key points of the readings and made a cheat sheet. That is how this tool was born. :)
Since then, it has helped many women through this wonderful processes that are labour and delivery.
This is an upgraded version of what I draw at the hospital. ;)
