Description

Yarn bowl. This stoneware yarn bowl is perfect to keep your yarn in place while you knit, crochet, sew, etc. Bright red glaze with blue over. Hand made ceramic bowl made in 2017 in Roswell, GA.

PERFECT for decoration in any knitters home or craft room. Useful when knitting or crocheting to keep your yarn in place and not rolling around collecting dust. This is a larger bowl and good for holding a lot of yarn or a couple of small yarn balls for blending your yarns.

Holes in the back will rest knitting needles.
Measurements approx: 3.5" tall x 6.75" wide - bowl weight is 2.2lbs
Bowl is red glaze with blue touches. Unique bowl, I do not have others like it. Three holes on the side - you can place knitting needles into rest. Listing is for one bowl.
-------------------------------
The clay is fired twice to a high temperature (1200c/2192f) which enhances its strength.
[Red and Blue ceramic yarn bowl, ceramic handmade bowl, hand thrown yarn bowl pottery, pottery, knitting tools, clay yarn bowl. ] Small wooden yarn bowls sell for $20+ at craft stores and they are so light and small that they do not hold much yarn and the yarn ball easily comes out when you pull on it - a quality ceramic yarn bowl has a good weight to help hold the yarn in the bowl so when you pull, the bowl stays in place.
I ship from Atlanta Georgia with USPS priority mail so that your package is insured by the post office.

Please read the descriptions of each listing & be sure to send me any questions prior to ordering. All sizes listed are approximate due to the handmade nature of the work. I include photos with a ruler. Feel free to message me anytime with questions on sizes.
Pottery does occasionally break when being shipped, but thankfully it is quite rare. All of my pottery is packed well in paper and a strong box, so the shipper needs to make it right if they damage your item. File a claim with USPS quickly with photos of the damage and the packaging. Notification needs to be made within a day or two.
If you receive a shipping notification, but your order does not arrive in the mail, please contact the post office. We make sure to have tracking sent to you on all orders. They will be able to assist you in the process of filing a claim. Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or delayed in the mail. Please contact USPS with your tracking number and let them take responsibility and make you whole from their error.
Orders that are shipped via USPS Priority shipping, which will arrive in 2-3 business days. This method includes up to $100 insurance and a tracking number.
I have begun offering Parcel Select Ground as an option, but please note that if you choose this option it will not include insurance. I can not be held responsible for damage from the post office since I package items well – please see USPS about any damage they cause. We do upgrade to Priority occasionally.
All the pottery listed for the use of food/drink is food, dishwasher, oven (to 400°) and microwave safe. Hand-washing is recommended as is to gradually heat and cool the pottery with oven use. Any exceptions to this will be clearly labeled in the listing.

Items (such as soap dishes) that do not have food on them may have non-food safe glazes.
