INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Shipping costs for each listing are estimates only. We will always attempt to reduce this cost whenever possible. Please contact us with the country to which you would like the item shipped for a more accurate shipping charge estimate.

COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you wish to make one purchase consisting of several listing from Period Elegance, please contact us to recalculate the shipping charge. We will prepare customize reserved listings for you with the revised shipping charge.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We typically ship items within 1-3 business days of purchase unless you request, at the time of purchase, shipping to be delayed to a later specified date.

Unless stated otherwise in the listing itself, packages will be sent via USPS Retail Ground (standard post). All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Insurance is included in shipping.

Delivery times can vary between 6-10 days. If your package takes longer to arrive due to extreme weather conditions, holidays or any other "non-typical" conditions, please be patient. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Next Day or 2-3 day Priority delivery please let us know at the time of your order so that we can offer you suitable options to meet your needs.

Items will be shipped to the address specified on your Etsy receipt, NOT PayPal. Please ensure that all of your shipping details are correct when placing your order. If you need to ship to a different address, please let us know the same day as your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international packages via USPS Priority Mail. It is more expensive and a more reliable method. It includes a tracking number and insurance. Delivery times can vary between 10-14 days. If your package takes longer, please be patient.

PAYMENT, CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES ETC
Payment by PayPal or credit card only accepted for international purchases. Any customs fees and taxes, tariffs and import duties are NOT included in the shipping quote. These fees that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and are payable by the buyer. For any additional information, refer to your local Customs Agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.



PACKAGING
Every care is taken during the preparation and packaging of your items. Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged with new materials (bubble wrap, paper, foam, etc). Every order arrives in a new cardboard box with beautiful labeling.

Note: Period Elegance is not responsible for lost packages or damages on either International or Domestic shipments. Please see BREAKAGE CLAIMS.

PURCHASING AS A GIFT
If you are purchasing your item as a gift, we can include a card with envelope with a personalized message, if you prefer). Please let us know in the "Message to Seller" section of checkout if you'll be sending a gift.



GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gifts certificates are presented on beautifully designed stock cards with hand addressed envelopes and shipped to recipient in a white envelope or gift box via USPS.

Each gift certificate has its own unique certificate number enabling the recipient to use it as store credit against any item they would like to purchase through Period Elegance’s store on Etsy.

Any outstanding balance as a result of an order being lower than the value of the gift certificate will leave the recipient an option of a store credit with Period Elegance on Etsy store to be used toward a future purchase or, a refund of the value difference will be made to the recipient via PayPal.

Any outstanding balance as a result of an order exceeding the value of the gift certificate value will be indicated during the checkout process and must be paid at the time of transaction by the recipient through Paypal or Direct Checkout.

Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. The unique certificate number that is assigned to each certificate can be used only one time during a transaction. The gift certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All gift certificates must be signed by Julia Arndt, owner of Period Elegance in order to be valid.

BREAKAGE CLAIMS
Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery of an item.

 Please notify us immediately. Do not throw away your shipping box or any of the packaging until you have completed your claim with the shipper.

FEEDBACK
