What to know

Easy and fun to assemble, these models are printed on smooth finish cover stock paper. Yes that's right, paper :) Not plastic, wood or injection mold. Not that there is anything wrong with those, of course :)

The kit comes pre cut and fold areas are perforated. It is possible to complete the kit without any tools, but a pair of tweezers and a ruler (or straight edge) does make things easier.

Available in the North American N scale (1:160) , Z scale (1:220) and T Gauge 1:450 sizes (see photos for measurements) T Gauge is half the size of Z.

Two styles. A Chicago style (of which I don't know what the actual architecture is described as, I just know I have seen them all over Chicago! Feel free to let me know if you know). And a "Brooklyn" Style. Simply because this apartment is modeled after 557 Franklin Ave, Brooklyn NY (A customer's apartment)
