Girly Gifts is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. After your item is shipped, you will be sent an email with your tracking number for your package. You will also receive updates from Etsy the day is out for delivery and again when it arrives. Once your tracking shows that the package was marked as delivered, I cannot provide replacements.

When you receive your package, please verify all of the contents for any damage and contact me within 24 hours if there is a concern.

Once the Balloons are shipped to you, I cannot accept returns or make exchanges. If there is a defect in the Balloon, a photograph will need to be sent to me for review. If it is a manufacturer defect, there will be a store credit or replacement if it is reported promptly. If the item is thrown away before a photo is taken, unfortunately I won't be able to verify the defect.

All of my products are shipped via USPS. Girly Gifts is not responsible for items that are not delivered on time due to the Post Office. Once it leaves here, it is up to the Post Office and their delivery schedule! Please Consider Holiday Schedules when placing an Order. First Class Mail typically is 2-6 Business Days and Priority Mail is typically 2-3 Business Days depending on how far you are from California. DUE TO COVID, Mail is still running behind across the U.S.

If the package does not arrive on time, please contact your local post office! All 1st Class orders leave here in Bright Pink Packages, so be sure to mention that to your Local Postman and your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident.

Each order includes detailed instructions with helpful hints about inflating and taking care of the balloons. Latex Balloons work best if you have them filled with helium the day of the event as the usual length of float time is 5-7 hours depending on weather, climate and humidity. Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on latex balloons. Adult supervision is required.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? If you Contact me Prior to Shipping, I am happy to cancel the order, HOWEVER, if the item is shipped, I cannot cancel or accept the return.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
I strive to get orders mailed out within 2 Business Days! If Balloons are in stock, and I have a pretty large inventory, they often are mailed the next day! Please keep in mind, that when you place your order, it will be processed within 2 Days and not Received in 2 Days. Priority Upgrades only speed up the delivery time of the USPS.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
First Class is anywhere from 2-6 Business Days and Priority Mail is 1-3 Business Days. We ship from Northern California. If you have a Need By Date or a Rush Order, please contact us PRIOR to placing an order to see if I can make it work.

MY BALLOONS LOOK LIKE A DIFFERENT COLOR! Please understand that ALL Latex Balloons will look darker before they are Inflated. I do use the same Product in my Photos as what is included in your order so it will look the same. Please refer to my Color Charts for further views of the color. Please contact me prior to ordering if you have questions about colors, I am happy to help!

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE MY GARLAND? In my opinion, making it the day or evening before is perfect because you can take your time and decide where and how to display it, etc. Once it is Assembled, keep it out of direct Sun, away from Vents, and definitely keep indoors.

CAN I PUT MY BALLOONS OUTSIDE? Please keep in mind that once the Balloons go outside, they have a greater chance of popping due to Heat or Rubbing against a Surface to cause them to Pop. The Balloons will take on a Matte Finish as the Sunlight will cause them to lose their shine right away.
