INSURANCE, LOST & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: I am not responsible for packages lost or items damaged during shipment if you do not purchase insurance. Please contact me before ordering if you would like insurance.

FOR INTERNATIONAL (NON-US) ORDERS, the buyer takes all responsibility for customs fees or taxes for items delivered. In addition, please be aware that international delivery may take 3-4 weeks, and sometimes up to 8 weeks, for delivery due to customs. Please be patient and wait a week after estimated arrival times before contacting me regarding the whereabouts of your order.

Make sure to contact me if you have special needs, want insurance or priority mail, or anything else, BEFORE you place your order.

SHIPPING COST: "I know the post office charges less for shipping then the shipping costs you have for your items. What gives?"

If you've ever shipped anything from the post office, you may notice that postal fees are indeed cheaper then what me or other artist's charge for shipping. This is because the postal fee is not the only cost that I have to cover when shipping your item to you; it has to include handling and overhead fees such as mailers and/or poly bags for clothing, label paper, label ink, gas to the post office, and fees for selling online - about $3-$4 extra, cheaper per item if you buy more then 1 at a time.

As a single-woman artist who runs a small business, I can't offer free 2-day shipping prices like Amazon or Walmart - but nor can you find the unique items I offer. I occasionally have sales, and sell at conventions in the US, so feel free to wait for one or the other to treat yourself if the handling fees put you a bit past your budget!

SHIPPING METHODS:
CLOTHES: Shipped in polybag mailers.
KEYCHAINS, LANYARDS, ENAMEL PINS: Shipped in small bubble mailers.
If you know your post office can be a bit rough with items, please contact me before placing your order and I will more then happy to give you $0.50 upgrade option for more secure packaging.
