5 out of 5 starsAmazing, amazing, amazing. I added a custom engraving to my slim double-hinged ring box, and Melissa and Jiun Chiang sent multiple mockups almost immediately. When I requested font changes and other edits to the mockups I was initially worried I was being an inconvenience, but they were so nice about it and quick to respond that it was immediately obvious that they are completely focused on customer satisfaction. Plus, it looks perfect in person. The engraving is extremely well done. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I got three sides of my oak ring box engraved with two different fonts. I requested a script font and smaller print font, as well. Wanderweg got back to me extremely quick with a multi-option preview following my purchase. The engraving was done to my specifications but is a bit lighter and not as even as the photos.

I knew what I wanted to have printed on the box, but was definitely unsure about what fonts I wanted to use. Admittedly, I'm also a little picky about fonts, too! Indecisive but picky is an annoying combination, especially for the people I'm working with, but the seller was patient with me through the whole process and created 7 different font combos samples for me! And they did it quickly! I heard from them within an hour of ordering, and they sent me all the different samples designs in the next hour and we had settled on a design by the end of the day. Absolutely THE BEST customer service through this personalization process and I am so grateful for that because it came out exactly the way we wanted it! Thank you so much for helping create this incredible keepsake!
