If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me to arrange an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping is non-refundable and buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

However, if an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value. I do require photographs of the damaged item within 4 days of receipt.

Personalised and custom products cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Please contact me first before leaving negative feedback, as I will do all I can to resolve any dissatisfaction.

Where possible, I recycle packaging to help the environment and make my parcels earth-friendly - it will also help with keeping your postage costs minimal. All orders are dispatched within 5 days via Royal Mail and carefully packaged to prevent breakage.

CERAMIC SCULPTURES:
Due to the fragile nature of ceramic sculptures, these items will be sent Special Delivery in the UK or International Signed for. Items can be combined, please contact me for a shipping quote. Listed shipping prices will already include extra fees.

BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: With Christmas being a busy time for shoppers and parcel post, the cut-off date for deliveries outside the UK will have to be in late November for ordinary post to avoid packages being delayed. For express post which takes at least 3 days, the postage will have to be at a higher rate. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please be sure that the provided address is correct. Items returned due to an incorrect address will require repayment of the shipping costs in order to have them re-sent.

DUTY AND TAXES:
In some countries, buyers are subjected to customs taxes and duties on items shipped from international locations. I'm in no way responsible for these taxes and duties, they are the complete responsibility of the buyer.
