Susan Kramer Jan 22, 20195 out of 5 starsEarrings are absolutely beautiful!! I asked for one of their designs to be modified to have wires instead of posts and they delivered. Very pleased with final product. I let Michael and Mary choose the stone and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend their work - always great communication.Custom earrings for Susan

Shipping policies
My primary shipping method is USPS first class. For jewelry; your item(s) will be packaged in a durable gift box, with appropriate padding in the gift box itself and then placed in a padded mailer. Multiple items will be sent in one mailer, but each item will be in its own gift box. Larger items will be carefully packaged and in some cases double-boxed if necessary
I use delivery confirmation and all purchases shipped to an address in the United States will be insured at no charge to my customers. Neither Michael Thee Studio nor the USPS is responsible for items after delivery has been confirmed. If a package is lost en route please contact me. I will notify the USPS and if they are unsuccessful in their attempt to locate your package, I will send you a duplicate order. Please remember that each piece is handmade and there may be some variances between pieces, but I will try to come as close as is humanly possible to matching the piece you originally ordered. That being said, I have never had a package lost.
If you would prefer alternate shipping arrangements please contact me and I will send you an invoice to cover additional shipping charges if necessary. Please remember that your purchase cannot ship until this invoice is paid.
International Orders
All international orders will be shipped USPS first class and cannot be insured. If you want your purchase shipped via USPS then you are responsible for any loss or damage. If you would like to make alternate shipping arrangements and use an insurable carrier, please contact me before purchase and I will provide you with insurable options.
International buyers are responsible for all taxes, fees, etc imposed by customs in the country of destination. Buyers are also responsible for being familiar with their country's customs regulations and procedures including possible delays that may be caused by customs. I know you already know all of this, but I have to say it anyway.

Additional policies
Patina/oxidized pieces will change subtly over time. Storing the pieces in a plastic bag will keep changes to a minimum. I am happy to re-patina your jewelry for you if you should ever desire, I just ask you to cover the shipping costs. The use of tarnish removing dips will remove your patina, so avoid use of these products.
Items with copper are protected with the same type of lacquer that is used to protect brass musical instruments. This coating will protect the patina that is applied to your piece. The lacquer is very durable, and can withstand cleaning and rinsing in water, but please do not soak copper pieces.
Please keep in mind that due to differences in monitors, what you see on your computer's monitor may vary somewhat from the actual item. This is true for all items in the shop and I daresay every shop in the etsy universe. My monitor is kept closely calibrated, and I try very hard to make sure the colors on my screen are as close as possible to the item you purchase, but my monitor may present an image a little differently than your monitor. The differences, if there are any, are most often minor, but it's something to keep in mind.
All photographs, both those of jewelry and those for purchase were taken by me and as such are protected by copyright. The purchase of an image does not transfer copyright, and the use of images from my etsy shop will only be allowed with permission. Thank you for understanding.
