Vintage suede pillow cover in wine. This cover is soft and sturdy and will make a great accent with prints or other solids in coordinating colors. The cover shown in the primary product image is 12 x 18 inches. Several sizes are available in the menu.

Returns and exchange details

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Unless otherwise stated, products are not normally made until ordered by the customer. This allows fabric inventory to be available for various sizes ordered to suit the customers need. Fabric samples are made available at no charge by request. Therefore, unless there has been a mistake on my part, I do not normally accept returns or exchanges. With that being stated, I sincerely want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are unhappy with the product(s), please contact me and state the reason. If at all possible on my part, I will try to offer a resolution to the situation.

REFUNDS:
In the event your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged package before opening it. After opening it and inspecting the contents, if the contents are damaged, take a photo of the damaged items and send both photos to me within 24 hours of delivery by way of Etsy Convo. If duplicates of the damaged items are available, I will replace them at no additional charge to the customer. If replacements are not available, a full refund will be issued.

CLEARANCE and CLOSE-OUT SALES are final. These items have been made for product images and are new and in quality condition. Refunds and/or exchanges are not available for these items unless damaged in shipping.

Shipping policies

• Orders are normally shipped within 3 – 5 business days unless stated otherwise in the product listing. Custom orders will usually ship within 5 – 7 business days unless otherwise stated in the details of the custom order.

• Shipping will be via USPS unless otherwise specified. International shipping is available (buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply). Buyers will be notified when the product ships and will be provided with tracking information.

• Your order will be shipped to the address provided by Etsy. If the order is returned because of a wrong address, the buyer will be contacted by Etsy Convo to make arrangements to re-ship. The cost of re-shipping an order will be charged to the buyer.

After the item is marked on tracking as “Delivered”, Xpress Yourself Décor is not responsible for mail loss or theft.

Additional policies

Q: Do you sell pillow inserts?
A: Pillow inserts are not available in our shop. Because the cost of shipping is calculated on weight and size, it is not a cost effective product for our customers. Pillow inserts are available at most arts and craft stores.

Q: Do you offer fabric samples?
A: Yes we do! Our monitor is calibrated on a regular basis and the color we see is true. However, not all monitors are created equal. If you are unsure of the fabric colors or want to check the fabric texture, we will mail you up to four fabric samples at no charge. Just ask!

Q: How can I contact you?
A: In the interest of avoiding any misunderstandings in our communications, please communicate through the Etsy system only. This manner of communication protects both parties.
