all cotton...so rare a tablecloth not even Google can find it - the closest were placemats in "Cottage Garden", a popular china pattern from Aynsley Pottery Works in England - the crown over the name means they were commissioned by Her Majesty the Queen.

however, a very nice Etsian informed me of the actual pattern name, which is "Wild Tudor" - teapot shown.

I dyed it a soft yellow, not to interfere too much with the lovely detailed print of all the annuals you would expect around your Tudor cottage - forget me nots, dianthus, violets - and probably a little digitalis...all on a buttery smooth doeskin cotton.
