But don't be in worries My Dear, busy season or not, I will still fit Your Order in My Production Calendar and make a Beautiful Dress Just for You - In Your Custom Measurements and Requests.

I am a Professional Dressmaker with 21+ Years of Experience. If you couldn't find Your Dream Dress in My Store, then you can send me Pictures or Drawings of Your Dream Dress and I can bring it to Life for You! We can together create Amazing and Unique Dresses with You! Or I can customize My Own Dresses for you, according to your needs and requirements. A Custom project according to a Picture or Drawing or Your Custom Requests may take up to 10-14 weeks to create. But during the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer (12-14 weeks) than regular season.

I accept cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that If you proceeded your payment via PayPal (Not Etsy Payment System) there will be 5% Fee deducted from the total sum you originally paid. It is PayPal service fee which is non-refundable for us in anyway. For any reason, If a Custom Order (None Rush) is requested to be cancelled within 7 Days after it's placed, then I can only refund 70% of the order amount. But after 7 Days, Custom Orders may not be subject to cancel. Because after I received an order, I arrange the necessary materials Fabrics as soon as possible and lot's of time and effort would be already involved. Hoping for your understanding about this.

Unfortunately, following items cannot return or refund: • If your event is canceled or you changed your mind. • If you give me wrong measurements. • Items that have been worn and/or used or damaged. • If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only then it can be returned). • Rush Service Fees or Shipping Fees or Reservation Payments are not refundable. • Return Shipping is buyer responsible. • Custom Orders are not refundable. Definition of Custom Order: All of my items are made to order which means I handmade all items in my store upon request. Therefor, everything is considered Custom Made. Please Note: 30% restocking fee are charged on the returned item.

• Customs taxes or import duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges. • Please kindly note that I cannot responsible for delays due to customs. Also once it's shipped, I cannot responsible for delays/lost items. • To save volume and shipping cost for you, I will use Soft and Safe Packing way for your shipping. If you want me to ship Your Dress in a Box, then please inform me in advance. But shipping cost would come 2-3 times more expensive when shipped with Box, as the volume is much Bigger.

All of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions. However, when you receive your item you may need some alterations. This is a standard practice in the Bridal Industry and I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and Your Budget accordingly.

I absolutely love my dress! It really looks exactly like the pictures. It fits beautifully and the quality of the material is excellent. The quality of the dress Mary made for me is so much nicer than the dresses I tried on at a store. In regard to timeline: I provided my measurements to Mary Dec. 19th and received my dress last night (Jan. 31st). The shipping only took three days, which I thought was amazing! In regard to communication: The communication with Mary was excellent. She made helpful suggestions based on my measurements and the style of dress to make sure I got the best look. Trust her, she knows what she is talking about. Highly recommend! A couple of tips for ordering your dress online: go to a local shop and try on different styles first, get professional measurements, look at pictures from reviews.

I would have given this dress 5 stars because I do love it and it is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately there were a few issues. The ship by date was not made clear to me. According to Etsy it was supposed to ship by May 16th. After contacting Merry she informed me that it would not ship until mid-June. My wedding was July 7th and I had initially told her that I wanted to have the dress in my possession no later than June 15th. I received the dress on June 20th. The fit and length were just about perfect, however the dress seemed unfinished. The sheer material on the chest and back bunched up and looked very akward. There were no borders around the collar or anything to make it look more professional. The tulle skirt was also not hemmed!! If I hadn't gotten that hemmed the dress would have shredded.
