Scrubby Lush Lip Scrub is made with moisturizing ingredients for lush, kissable lips. Our vegan formula includes all natural oils and waxes to create the perfect formula that spreads easily without being too runny or gloopy. Returns and exchange details

Due to the personal nature of my products, I can not accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds. That said, if you have a problem with your order, please message me! I will do what I can to rectify the situation. I want you to be happy with your new goodies. Each item listed has the full list of ingredients; please read this carefully if you have allergies. My items are made in a facility that uses wheat and non-vegan products, so please be aware of the possibility of cross-contamination. I can not guarantee that my products are gluten-free or allergen-free, so please read the ingredient list carefully. All items are shipping with insurance, so if something arrives broken, please let me know! Be prepared to share pictures with me so a claim can be made with the post office. I can not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged, but that is what insurance is for. Please message me so we can figure out a resolution to any problems that may arise.

Sometimes, products made with certain fragrances (especially vanilla or bakery notes) can turn brown. This does not in any way affect the product. It has not gone bad and is still perfectly safe to use. It's just a little unsightly. I do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have browned, as the performance of said item is in no way affected by discoloration.

Shipping policies

In stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Made To Order items will, of course, take longer. Each listing should specify how long the item will take.

If shipping seems unreasonably high, please message me. Calculated shipping can be wonky for larger orders. I ship USPS First Class and Priority. I do not ship Parcel Select as I have had bad luck with that service in the past. I do not make any money on shipping charges and trust me, sellers hate high shipping charges just as much as buyers.
