Europe EU: 5 - 7 business days

Europe outside the EU: 1 - 2 weeks

* We ship parcels in France by letter or with the postal service Colissimo National.
* We ship small items outside of France till 100 g. by letter.
Parcels between 100 g. up till 2 kg, by priority airmail,
with a special postal service for small businesses which offers a tracking number.
* French KlimBim ships parcels, more heavy as 2 kg, with the postal service Colissimo International, this service is quicker: 4 till 12 business days.
It offers a tracking number, a small insurance and needs to be signed for.
* We ship books with the Postal service: "Livres et Brochures".
This service offers no tracking number, it's very economic but takes longer. It usually takes 14 till 25 business days.

Sometimes the postal service takes longer as stated some parcels can reach their destination after 25 business days.

Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes, I will combine shipping for multiple orders. You can either send me a message via Etsy's conversations or convo feature so I can revise the shipping rates before you make your purchase, or you can go ahead and pay, and I will issue you a refund on your bank account.
I always refund overages on shipping costs, if they exceed 1€ or more, on your bank account.

Always in corporation with our only planet, I do my best to reuse existing materials like cardboard boxes for my packaging, off course this materials are checked and cleaned before use. Otherwise I use bubble plastic and packing peanuts to protect breakable items and fill up boxes. Thank you.
