Blanc Laine accepts custom orders for large projects only. It is however possible to make any made-to-order design in the colors of your choice without having to pay extra. Please contact me for more details.

Made to order weavings will be produced, packaged and ready to ship in 2 to 4 weeks*

Made to order pillows will be produced, packaged and ready to ship in 4 to 5 weeks*

Ready to go items will ship within 3-5 business days.

*Current production time is updated depending on the number of pending orders. Therefore, it can be modify at any time. Rush orders are available for an additional cost, please contact me for details.

Please note that the colors may differ depending on your screen resolution, even though I try my best to represent the actual colors on my pictures. Colors of each item are specified in the listing.

Items are shipped in a bubble mailer or a box depending on the size and may include a little note written for the buyer. If you want me to address the note to someone else, please write it in the comment section when you place the order or send me a private message.

Items are made in a smoke free home. Please note that I live with two cats and a dog and my pets may have been in contact with my items even if I try my best to keep them away.

Wall hangings : When you receive your weaving, it's possible that the fringes have to be brushed out to regain their original state. You can do so by brushing them gently with your fingers. The loops formed on the wooden dowel (or branch) may have moved too during transport, you can even out the space between them with your fingers as well.

Pillows : For a long & happy life, use your pillow for decorative purposes only and treat it gently. It is not recommended to wash it since it contains wool roving (unspun yarn and so very fragile) but you can spot clean if needed.

Only pillow covers (without the insert) can be sent internationally. If you wish to place an order for a pillow at an address outside Canada or United States, please choose the option "cover only". The shipping price indicated in the listing therefore corresponds to the price of the cover only. Thank you for your understanding!

Please make sure to order the e-book in the right language, NO REFUND will be issued if you make a mistake as you will already have received the file.
