Victor Costa 1970’s does 1940’s

High Glam black chantilly lace party dress - low cut sweetheart neckline, draped bodice, with a slim wiggle sarong style skirt and structured slightly puffed puff shoulders. Mint condition.

Bodice and skirt are lined with satin illusion fabric for a naughty nude look. Sleeves are lined with a sheer black organza. Edges of lace are scalloped.
