How do I hang a mobile?

For a permanent and secure attachment to the ceiling use a metal ceiling hook that can be screwed in place. Always securely attach the mobile if you are hanging it over a crib!!! These mobiles are NOT toys and must be kept out of reach of children and pets.

Do not hang the mobile in direct sunlight as it may affect the colors of the paper. If you intend to hang your mobile in direct sunlight please let me know. I do have Fadeless paper that I can use for your mobile, but it comes in limited colors.

How are the mobiles packaged and shipped?

I ship mobiles in their completed and assembled state so you don't have to put anything together once you receive your mobile. I pack mobiles in tissue paper so the birds are not crushed or damaged despite all the jostling they go through during shipping. Extra nylon thread wrapped around a piece of cardstock is what you lift your mobile out of the box with. About 5-6 feet of thread is wrapped around the cardstock in case you need to hang your mobile from a high ceiling. All mobiles ordered in the US are shipped with the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail (2-3 business day shipping). All mobiles for International Shipping are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (Priority is 6-10 business days).

What if I want a mobile made with special paper or specific materials?

Anything extra you may want to add (more models, extra levels, beads, special paper/wire, etc) may increase the cost of your order, and may add to production time. I can do just about anything you may want, but it often costs me more to purchase those extra materials, and often times it requires that I make a trip somewhere to find special materials. Once I know the cost of everything I can quote you a price and set up a listing just for you.
