Description

This is a technical pen ink stipple/pointillism painting/drawing of John Lennon, based on a photo taken of him in 1967 when he was doing press for the release of the Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album. It is black ink on heavy off-white watercolor paper. It is 12x16 and without a frame, though one can be added upon request. I've been working on this piece for about 6 months and am just finishing up some detail work on the glasses and hair.

I am a new shop on Etsy and, therefore, shipping only within the U.S. for now. As well, with the method and technique of pointillism artwork, it takes me a while to finish each piece. So, I am not currently accepting orders for custom work but that may change in the future. I will be posting 3 additional completed works in the coming days. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have and thank you for visiting my shop!
