The quality of this item is beautiful. Extremely well done. Materials and craftsmanship totally on point. Did not give 5 stars as I asked for the insert to be tapered and it wasn't- a service offered as part of the customization. Even sent a picture and measurements. But it does still fit in my handbag despite lack of taper and I would still recommend and buy from JennyKrafts again. :)
