Can I return an item?

Only blank, non-personalized items may be returned for a partial refund. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Only unworn, un-used items with the tags still attached will be accepted. Blank items will be inspected upon return to ensure all tags and original packaging are included, and that there are no signs of perfumes, body odors, detergents, stains, or general wear-and-tear to the item(s). If blank, non-personalized items pass inspection upon being returned, the buyer will be issued a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

I ordered these as gifts for my bridesmaids and they are absolutely perfect! Stitching, color and quality exceded my expectations amd i cant wait to give them to my girls. I had a bit of an issue with one of the bags (zipper was stuck) and the seller was very quick to resolve the problem. Would highly reccomend these.
