Large serving Bowl: Made By Ben Warwick-James this bowl is a large serving bowl that is suit for serving family meal or salads on a summer day. With the elevated foot ring the bowl present well on a table with other food or by its self as a stand alone fruit bowl.

The large serving bowl is made with Earthenware clay and has been finished in Ben's signature style with colourful layers of slip, that have been layers and then removed. This is a time consuming process of adding layers and allowing them time to dry, whilst the clay is unfired and very fragile. The slip is then carved and removed to add a textured finish to the work. This adds tone and contrast to the finished product.

The Large bowl is then fired and then finally glazed to ensure that it is water and food safe. Ben uses lead free glazes on functional and tableware to ensure that it is food safe for consumers. It is recommended handmade pottery is hand wash to ensure longevity of the product.
