Hammered, metalwork, copper,Necklace, lobster claw clasp, 20 inch chain neckchain.
I cut seven pieces of refrigerator copper tubing.
Then carefully I hammering the pieces flat and not my fingers. The ball peen hammer gave me the dimples in the copper surface.
Next the ends of each of the pieces of copper were first filed, then emory cloth was used and finally I used steel wool.
Holes were punched in the ends with my trusty metal punch.
Jump rings were attached and the copper pieces we were laid out and attached to each other.
A metal ring necklace with a lobster claw clasp was married to the copper strips.
The copper will in time darken.
Wiping the copper with white vinegar will shine it right up.
