Got multiple pups? Why not let them eat in style out of a custom made three bowl elevated dog feeder. Three bowl feeders are must haves for multiple pup homes and for those lucky pups that need multiple bowls to hold their water, wet food, and dry food. Constructed in a Shaker table style out of select pine and maple and stained (or painted) whatever color you choose to go with your kitchen, the look will be completed with one 2-quart bowl in the center and two 1-quart stainless steel dog bowls on each end. The stainless steel bowls are available either plain style or embossed with puppy paw prints. The bowls are dishwasher safe so they will be easy to keep shiny and sparkly clean. Exceptionally handcrafted with pocket hole joinery.

Wondering what size elevated feeder would be perfect for your pet? Below are some guidelines to help you find the proper height and bowl size:
* The feeder's height. The usual guideline to find the perfect feeder height is six inches below the pet's withers (i.e. front shoulders). Another broader guideline is that the feeder's height be between 4 to 10 inches below the withers. For example, if you got a tiny pup (or kitty) and six inches seem like a lot, four inches or less would be a good size.
* The bowl capacity.
1/2-pint bowl - holds 1 cup
1-pint bowl - holds 2 cups
1-quart bowl - holds 4 cups
2-quart bowl - holds 8 cups
3-quart bowl - holds 12 cups
5-quart bowl - holds 20 cups

Did you know that elevated feeders are a great thing for a pup (or kitty) to have. Not only do they look nicer than just a plain old bowl setting on the floor, but elevated feeders are very beneficial for pets too. Does your pet eat too fast or cough and gag when eating? Giving them an elevated feeder to eat out of is the most common solution. Veterinarians recommend elevated feeders because they help ease digestion problems, and are easier for pets that have problems with arthritis, neck or back problems to eat out of. Also, using raised feeding bowls help provide pet owners with a more hygienic and cleaner house. How great is that!
