I love the handbag, however it arrived missing 2 gems, a large teardrop and a small gold gem after being described as all gems intact. To the sellers Credit she messaged me to advise that when packing she saw the teardrop gem was missing and asked if I wanted her to proceed with the shipping. As I didn't see the msg until some time later the seller had decided to ship the bag anyhow. I will have to source these 2 replacement gems, hopefully available in Australia. I am making this review as it seems I cannot get in direct contact with the seller at this stage.
